Marquee flowers priced after consultation

Many of our designs and installations are bespoke, these can be discussed in more detail during your flower consultation. Site visits maybe required to provide detailed quotes.

We will always include our set up, delivery and take down fee in each quote, no VAT is payable on our flowers.

We ask for a booking fee of £200 to reserve your wedding day in our diary, this is taken off your final balance. Once you have decided on your designs then we ask for a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid one month before the wedding date.

We can work to a particular colour palette, but due to seasonality and external factors, some flowers may not be available when it comes to your wedding day. The flowers we use are grown for their scent and beauty; many of the varieties are not available from normal wholesale flower markets. They are sourced from local flower growers and our cutting garden where possible.

Wedding flowers are created with each individual wedding in mind. We love to see images from Pinterest and Instagram of flowers that you like, but please note that these are only a guide and we do not like to replicate anyone else’s work!

We love to create floral works of art that transform spaces and evoke emotions. Our favourite flowers are often the wild and untamed varieties that add texture and movement to an arrangement. We believe that wedding flowers should be reflective of the season and the outdoors; picture tumbling mock orange blossom and rambling hedge roses in summer and climbing hops and rosehips in Autumn. We do not use floral foam in our work.

THE PROCESS

1.

4.

First, we’ll arrange a date for your initial consultation where we will discuss your wishes and vision for your wedding. This is an informal meeting which usually takes place over zoom.

Site visits and more meetings maybe required to finalise your chosen flowers. Once these have been decided on then the deposit of 50% can be paid and a final proposal will be sent over to you.

2.

5.

Once we have met we will create a flower mood board and look book to help you visualise every detail and make sure our ideas are aligned. We will also send a detailed proposal and quote for you to read through.

We will remain in touch as your wedding day approaches and have a final meeting around four weeks before the wedding to finalise the details.

3.

6.

If you would like to book us as your florist then the booking fee can be paid to secure your wedding date.

We will arrive at your venue (often the day before the wedding) to begin the set up of the flowers. We will be there to deliver your personal flowers and be on site to ensure everything is perfectly arranged. We will return the day after your wedding to take down installations and hand out the flowers to your guests to take home as keepsakes.

FAQs

Where are you based?

1

We are based just outside of Neath, South Wales. We cover all of Wales and the South of England and love to travel if the brief is right.

DO YOU INCLUDE DELIVERY AND SET UP?

2

We always include delivery, set up and take down in our quotes. Also included is our on the day service where we are on hand to move arrangements and repurpose them from ceremony to reception.

DO YOU PROVIDE VASES AND CANDLES?

3

We provide all of the vases urns and props included in our quotes. We also have a small collection of cut glass candlesticks as well as other vintage items which can be hired. We can provide candles or we are happy to use items sourced by our couples. We also work with wedding stylists and are happy to advise on the small details and make recommendations.

What makes you different?

4

We love to use flowers that are locally sourced and grown by ourselves. We use lots of foliage grown on the farm as well as foraging for unusual and beautiful items. We pride ourselves on our eco conscious practices and our good eye for colour. Our flowers evoke feelings, we love to see trends but we do not follow them as we prefer for our designs to be timeless.
